Office 365 support - not seeing service request history

If you know for sure that your colleague raised ticket to Microsoft using Office 365 support, 
but you cannot see any tickets under Office 365 support - View Service Requests (or you can see only your own requests), 
check Filter on the right.

Ensure "My Service Requests" is not selected (click Clear all filters):
